MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT All renters must be over the age of 25 years. Renters under the age of 25 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent, who must occupy the property for the duration of the stay.  Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposit and the party will not be permitted to check-in, or the party will be required to leave the rented property.  Photo ID to verify age must be provided at check in.
